Mine is going to the dealer on the 26th, they got it open somehow and I have not rolled up the cover since and the tailgate refuses to open. The tech was guessing a solenoid, I'm thinking the same way. I'm going to get the airbag recall done as well. I will let you know what they found on...

Yes they are legit. I have been in contact with them twice, first time was a little rough but they finally came through and helped out a lot. I am in contact with them now and they are working on helping again.

I can hear the motor attempting to open it, just doesn't ,weird thing is it opened maybe 3-4 minutes before that and it was warm and dry.

I don't remember if I posted this before or not, but my tailgate is locked and nothing will open it. Have a tonneau cover on it so the bed is inaccessible for now. The lock/unlock buttons have no effect, the key fob has no affect, the key itself has no effect, the phone app has no effect...

28,000 miles 87 octane except when pulling a trailer. A little over 30 mpg quite a bit of highway and a lot of dirt /no roads very little city

me either 278 miles tried it many times, it suggested that I stop and have a coffee but no clicking.

I've got right at 26,000 on mine, I haven't left the house yet this morning but inevitably will.

I'll pay more attention tomorrow, i get a vibration but don't remember a clicking sound. I'll check it out
