I suspect that I am in the same boat as you. In production since December 8. ETA changed from 12/28 to 1/2. I would expect that since the ETA wasn't removed completely that the required parts are enroute to the factory.

No, The vehicle visibility report will show where it is after it has shipped. The tracker only shows that it has been shipped.
