Not going to beat you up since that's already been covered. How about a picture of the door and let us know if an adjustment will fix it or if its more involved which means more $$.
I have owned 4 Mavericks and all with the 2.0. Every one of them had a combined fuel mileage between 26-27 mpg. Highway driving was more and towing was less but I don't really check the mileage any more, when the needle reads low I just fill it up with 87 unless towing then I bump it up to premium.
Why don't you get your bed liner in and the trim on then check for further water leaks. I am inclined 'to agree with the tarp and door seal thought process. I wouldn't start spraying foam if its not needed or wanted.
My last 5 trucks were LineX and always happy. My 25 Mav came with the SIBL as std equip and looks good. I am pretty easy on my trucks so either one will do the job for me. I will also get a bed mat and tonneau cover.

2. Without going into details I made enough selling 3 Mav's to almost cover the upgrade cost of the 25. Agree those silly money days are over.
Don't get the wrong idea, I am just an old retired working man but during and after the pandemic, chip shortage, Mav's long wait tines and dealers add ons people kept offering me more money than I paid for the last 3 Mavericks plus a 20 Ranger so whats a guy to do? :)

Picked up my Lariat one week ago and sitting in the garage. Only drove it home so no real driving report other than I need more familiarity time on the tech stuff. I am an old geezer and old school so tech is not my strong suit. I know it only comes with a supplemental manual which is more...
I never said I owned a hybrid, all 4 Mavericks were eco boosts. My 1st Lariat ordered on 6/1/21 was a FWD with 4k, well Ford never offered that option after they went into production so they comped me the AWD via private offer (I think it was $2200) and I paid 4% under invoice plus my military...
