There is nothing in the manual that suggests that the gas cap side indicator arrow should blink. There would be a CEL if what you indicated was true. I'm talking about the little arrow that tells you what side cas cap is on for when you pull into a gas station

That stupid feature that shuts car off and restarts at lights. I know there’s a button for it but prefer it totally disabled so maybe I best mention it when I go in for blinker recall to ensure battery is charging.
