Thanks for the video!
I failed on my attempt today; pretty sure it was the 16 - 18 awg Posi-Taps not making a good connection - just too big for the stock wires.
I ordered the 20-22 awg Posi-Taps and will give it a go in a few days.
I posted this elsewhere on this forum (I'm not experiencing this rattle so I haven't tried this on my Mav) -

This was a fix for my 1st Gen Tundra (and a lot of other folks too). It was a dash rattle where the windshield and the dash meet. Backer Rod from HD or Lowes; $4 for 20ft. Just tucked it in and the rattle was 99% gone.
I don't have the rattle at the moment in my Maverick and haven't looked...
Got my first 600 mile tank (and a little to spare) this weekend. My 75 mile daily (x5) commute is on SR highways and Interstates; so a lot of 55 - 70 MPH speed limits.
I'm in the same boat; do you have a link or know what size that were used on the larger holes?
Mine didn't stick well to the Ford spray-in bedliner. The only "droop" I have is where the large holes are.
I installed bed light strips as many have done. I filed a notch on the bottom corner of the door and ran the cable for the switch there, keeping it tight. The switch doesn't move, works perfect for me.
I noticed mine was broken off as well. Pretty sure it was like this when I purchased the truck and just missed it during my walk-around, guessing it happened when loaded up heading to the dealer.
I'll price out the parts but may just remove the passenger side and come back to it later...
