You are right, it is an old mans truck even if thats not the primary target Ford was thinking when they started selling Mavericks in 2021.

My wife likes her car and has no desire to drive my Maverick, everybody is happy. :)

I don't normally drive off the pavement and never had issues with sand, mud, snow or other debris in that area so feel it's something not "every" Maverick owner needs. Looks like a nice option for those who can benefit from it. :)

How much did the dealer charge to lower it? Did you supply the kit? What was the total cost?

I once owned a car with factory tricoat paint and it was very expensive and hard to match if doing any paint repairs. Never again. :)

If you are in that much pain it doesn't matter how good the mileage is. Find a vehicle that is comfortable for you to drive.
