I can deal with (almost) the fact that mine might not get built for my22, as I'm a late October build. What I won't do is continue to wait if they do not give those of us waiting some kind of priority when they start building the 23 trucks, because this is what it sounds like from this wording.

This pretty much sums it up. Every time I get restless and decide I'm going to get something else, I end up back to realizing why I ordered a Maverick in the first place. Affordable, efficient, truck. Only the Maverick checks all the boxes.

Yeah, a lot of people here in Michigan love the heated seats. I can do without them. I ordered the copilot 360 on my XL just to get the full size spare, and more importantly the power mirrors. I'm tempted to to drop that in and attempt to get my truck faster, but, man, I can't image adjusting...

XL for me. Didn't see the value in the price increase for XLT. I always run two sets of tires, so I would have to buy an extra set of wheels anyway. I have a set of XLT wheels waiting for when my truck comes. I'll use the steelies for winter tires. I don't use cruise control, so I won't miss...

I'm wondering if I do get bumped to 2023, if my lowly hybrid XL will take precedent over the new orders that they start taking late 22, or if they will continue to build more of the higher trim levels that ordered after me?

That sums it up pretty well. If there were any real alternatives to this truck, there would be no one waiting. I'm not seeing any trucks with this MPG and at this price range, so the only alternative for me it to wait.

I really love those wheels and think they match the Mav very well. I know they are considered off-road wheels, but I'm wondering if they would look out of place on a hybrid Maverick?
