I agree one hundred percent. Problems like this should not happen. This is a result of no quality control. Tesla has long had this problem, Totally unacceptable.
My dealer kept insisting that he could not change the order from a 19 to a 10. He said that’s what Ford allocated them, and I was their first order. So I felt there was nothing I could do.

Hi, I’m in Augusta. Ordered my Maverick Lariat w/ lux. Pkg and copilot 360, Atlas Blue (wanted velocity blue) but was told it was discontinued. I was told I was the first order at Stokes Hodges Ford in Aiken S.C.
I’m in Augusta too but I ordered my Lariat from Stokes Hodges in Aiken because they advertise they don’t charge over MSRP. Plus they give free three year maintenance.
Over the years I have not understood where a lot of their evaluations come from. Once I bought a washing machine they recommended, it was the worst we ever had.
