    As an owner of a 1990 CR500, I can say your bike far from a CR500. CR450F perhaps 🤔
  4. 24 2.0 oil capacity

I wouldn't worry about it. When the engine is running there is about 2 quarts of oil circulating through the engine leaving 3.5 quarts in the oil pan.

The original filter on my Lobo was a FoMoCo filter P/N 9C2E 6714 CA. I bought a dozen FL2127's from Rockauto.
  7. Installed sound deadening material to fenders, under back seat and inside back doors

The tires may contribute to the road noise, but remember Ford built these to be relatively inexpensive. They save assembly costs wherever can. Sound deadening is one way. The front doors have minimal deadening from the factory. You will hear the difference if you knock on the front door, then...
  8. Installed sound deadening material to fenders, under back seat and inside back doors

I went from a 2018 Titanium Fusion to a Maverick Lobo. The Lobo was surprisingly much noisier. The Fusion spoiled me. That is the reason I installed the sound deadener. Btw, if you are handy and have some mechanical knowledge, installing the sound deadener is a fun project
  9. Installed sound deadening material to fenders, under back seat and inside back doors

It's surprising how well it works. I used a roofing membrane on the back side of the fenders and inside the tailgate. It's a little thinner than the sound deadener but works well for those areas.
  10. Installed sound deadening material to fenders, under back seat and inside back doors

The aluminum butyl was "Tenkiawick". They are tiles roughly 10"×16". You select the square footage necessary for your project. The 4mm foam was "Dojobkinb". It comes as a roll roughly 16" wide. Again you select the length necessary for your project. I cleaned the areas with alcohol before...

  13. Installed sound deadening material to fenders, under back seat and inside back doors

I used plastic body trim levers (inexpensive on Amazon) to lift the edge enough to get my fingers under, applied upward pressure and then give it a good tug. If you are going to buy trim levers you may also want to consider buying sound deadening rollers. Also inexpensive on Amazon.

Pressing the button is not necessary. Simply release a little pressure on the brake pedal and it will restart

  16. Installed sound deadening material to fenders, under back seat and inside back doors

Under the rear seat and the back of the cab are the easiest places to get to. The storage bin under the seat is like a drum. I used aluminum backed butyl sound deadener and covered it with 4mm closed cell foam. I also applied the foam to the outside of the storage bin itself.
  17. You won't believe what I found in an owners manual (Not a Ford Manual)

These publishers are covering their butts. If a young child or a dog gets ahold of the sealant the outcome could be very serious. Can you spell Litigation? Antifreeze for instance is very sweet. A dog will lap it up like there's no tomorrow! I have no trouble believing a young child would...
  18. 2024 Hybrid 2.5 engine milkshake

Double bingo, this is a common condition cause by cold weather and short trips. The engine is not getting warm enough to evaporate the condensation.
  19. Winter Wheels And Tires - What's Your Setup?

Where I live snow tires are mandatory from December 1st to March 15th. Before parking my Lobo for the winter I installed 17" steel wheels with Continental Vikingcontact 8's. The truck is ready to go should something happen to my 2013 Focus. I have steel wheels with General Altimax Arctic...
