-He might have a '25 AWD Hybrid -Might be talking about the front axle -He might have an AWD Ecoboost Havent heard of a failed twist beam though. Alot of us early hybrid owners have had 'Front' Axles replaced under warranty around this mileage so im assuming he means front.
