Exactly -- I'm not sure the other parts of it are essential to me, but that rear sensor will be very welcome when backing out of a parking spot with two massive SUVs on either side. Even with the higher seat of a Maverick, it's still impossible to see through blacked out Lexus or Suburban...
Definitely look at the next model year Ranger -- it fixes many of my issues with the current line-up, namely that you have to max out the features to get some "standard" upgrades. Also, the current Ranger has a TINY touchscreen, while next year's model is going to be 10" standard with an upgrade...
8 months? I guess perhaps for the 2.0 one. I ordered my hybrid 9/1 and am not expecting anything before mid-summer at this point. Now I'm considering a MY23 Ranger because it's a major redesign and may suit my needs unlike the '19-'22 Ranger. I'm just glad that I'm in no hurry to buy anything.
