That student discount can be applied if you ordered your maverick before the deal ends. You'll be able to use it regardless. It will also likely be extended
They likely go towards a percentage based system. A dealer with 2 orders will have 50% of their orders filled in one scheduling. Tim could have 400 orders and have 100 filled and have 25% less.
This is just my theory on what goes into scheduling. Is it fair? I think that’s up for interpretation...
Debt freedom is awesome. But so is one’s ability to leverage debt. Personal finance is exactly what it says. Personal. Some people aren’t comfortable with carrying debt. Some people don’t fear debt and are able to leverage it easily especially with how interest rates are in our current climate
I also lose out on the opportunity cost of retiring earlier and investing that money. I’ll take throwing 20k into the market and putting 5k down as opposed to paying 25k in cash where it’s been sitting in a savings account while saving it up.
My financial well being is fine. I can incur debt at...
I could get a 2015 runner with 82k miles on it for the same price as a hybrid with 0 miles. It's an easy decision debt isn't inherently bad. Don't fear debt. Fear bad debt.
Well apparently my state you can only have 50%... so not even sure if that is worth the money at that point! I'll probably still get it if it's not too expensive. Yours looks good though!
Yes having said that this is the first year model i've bought and i am a bit nervous, i've accepted it won't be perfect and there will be some recalls here and there but if it lasts me 8-10 years i will be perfectly happy
I know someone who worked at GM and tesla and he said first year model's are the one you buy because it's over engineered. The ensuing models they start to figure out how cheap they can actually make it to increase profit margins
Seems like you got more caught up in the hype for a new vehicle and just wanted something new. 22k miles on your car now? run that thing into the ground my man save some $$$
