As posted above some more insight would be helpful. Transmissions usually give you warning signs before just all of a sudden going bad. Would like to hear a little more background leading up to this failure.

Hate to hear that. For one, with yours I’m assuming being out of warranty I wouldn’t even bother taking anything to a dealer. I’d make some calls to an actual transmission shop or any shop in general and I’d be willing to bet youd be able to get one installed for half that price.

You can always start with checking the boots and see if grease is starting to come out along the shaft, vibration is definitely common when it comes to this. Can always go by a tire shop too and make sure the tires aren’t out of balance
