  1. 2025 aftermarket fog lights

Methinks you're missing the forest for the trees. The company [ripping off Diode Dynamics] is the one claiming that installing LED lights will void their own product warranty for, ironically, a set of LED lights.
  2. Steering failure

Another possibility is a charging fault, but presumably there would be plenty of fingerprint codes for the dealer if that was the case.
  3. Recall for Backup Cam…Mobile Service?

A search shows a number of people here had it done successfully via mobile service.
  4. Battery recall done

'22 MY EcoBoosts with the flooded battery did have a recall to replace them with an AGM.
  5. Features no longer working

They didn't remove it, they just made it a separate option in '23.
  6. MY2025 Interior Bulbs

Then bust out the soldering iron.
  7. Sync 3 screen problems

I've had it crash maybe twice where it restarted itself, but not taking that long to reboot. Have you or the dealer updated it to the latest version that was released earlier this year to address issues with it not storing settings properly? That condition seems to gradually get worse and...
  8. Hybrid fuel economy advantage vs cost of battery

Ford was using air cooled batteries up until 2020 with the Fusion Hybrid. The main thing is hybrids don't charge as much as an EV so cooling is less of a concern, albeit air requires more pack volume.
  9. Aftermarket Headlights

Lariats would need a different turn signal socket and some extra wiring added to the pigtail to function with switchbacks like an XL/XLT, but it's theoretically doable.
  10. SSM 53801: 2022-2025 Maverick Hybrid 12V Battery Drain Issue Update Fix Released!

I've actually had pretty good luck with Motorcrafts as aftermarket replacement and could get them cheaper with same or better warranty than my regular supplier account with NAPA.
  11. SSM 53801: 2022-2025 Maverick Hybrid 12V Battery Drain Issue Update Fix Released!

Ah, yes, replacing batteries free under warranty for... profit?
  12. AWD and tire replacement

Personally I think the issue gets overblown (to the benefit of dealers/tire shops). There's differentials for a reason.
  13. Adding a power rear slider window to a 25 XL or XLT?

People have done it with earlier model years. The principle would be the same.
  14. 2022 Lariat Hybrid Power Front Passenger Seat

Power passenger seats (and rear window defrost) were supposed to be one of the Lariat Luxury Package features, but it was cut pre-production.
  15. 2025, 2.0 Ecoboost Engine is new

Familiar branding sells, and most consumers aren't nerdy enough to care about the technical difference. Just like how your Fusion had different EcoBoost architectures preceding it and obviously not at all similar to the V6 Cyclone EcoBoosts. Same reason Dodge calls their engines a Hemi even...
  16. Hybrid Brake lights

It'd only be an issue if a Maverick hybrid was towing another vehicle with slaved brakes.
  17. 2025 New Ecoboost engine

The engines aren't made at Hermosillo; they're produced at Chihuahua. And there isn't a recall on the 1.5 injectors, but there was a re-issue earlier this year for the 1.5 Dragon block engines' injectors and some of the new 1.5 MPC engines that may have improperly heat treated heads that can...
  18. Maverick Van prototype shown to Ford dealers (for 2025?)

Ford didn't majorly change anything with the Transit Connect; it was mostly a facelift. It may have just been the rental was the passenger Connect which has seats and other accoutrements instead of the commercial version which has the rear interior largely stripped out.
  19. Hybrid Batteries - longevity / replacing / not replacing?

Not really short of the HV being completely dead (in which case it won't even be able to start itself) there's going to be some battery capacity for demand. But in general the ICE can still generate electrical power which can go to the electric motor for low-end torque; that's fairly standard...
