The funny thing I find here is the two videos. The same question, one video 1 minute 48seconds, the other one over 15 minutes. Of course I didn’t watch the 15 minute video; what does that tell you about my age? And yes I still do my own maintenance!

This is not an uncommon problem on earlier vehicles. I had the same problem on my 22. First dealership said they fixed it, still had problems took it to a different dealer dealership a couple months later, fixed it but charged $1200. Should have been fixed under warranty (22000 miles) anyway...

I was making fun of new car owners manuals. Today there are more pages on how to use your radio than than the entire owners maintenance and operation manual on older vehicles!

Whoa, can’t believe the Maverick comes with a 50pound owner’s manual and nobody can find that reference!

22 xl. Eco mode 28000 miles, stays right at 33.4 all around driving. I just keep thinking man if I would have had this back when gas was 20 cents a gallon!

What’s wrong with clean and simple, leave it. Besides, 5 or ten years from now the clean and simple usually looks better than all the fancy stuff.

Nobody even mentioned seals and gaskets. I tried running some synthetics in my 67 mustang and 64 corvette both leaked oil all over. Went back to conventional and leaks went away. Same approximate wt ratings

22 eco, xl, 27000 miles, all a round, every day driving stays at 33.4-7. No complaints except I think what it would be like if gas was still 0.21 cents per gallon!

Most the time I don’t even open it all the way. Looking at it the metal is so thin you can see it flexing just moving the door. It needs to be reinforced in that area and the engineers have to know that. Why can they not do their jobs correctly yet still have a job

22 xl drivers door spot welds hold the door stop arm broke loose. 28,000 miles. Never had any problems before. Further investigation looks like a really flimsy area. Not heard of anyone else having issues with this. Re welded it yesterday but the metal is really thin there. About 6-8 spot welds...

Let him lift it. He will soon figure it out on his own, hopefully!

Brighter isn’t better if they don’t work/last! I have 22 xl and it’s fine. Sometimes we create our own problems

Have had the Odero on two Mavericks since 2023. As far as holding up they still look like I just installed them. Great for the price. I do wish it folded up to give full access to the bed. Folds twice, so 1/3 is still flat on the bed. To use full bed it has to be removed.
