Agreed-nice display and not in my XLT. My driving is not at that speed for longer periods of time but according to the screen I have, I am about at 30-40 percent electric and I too think that is pretty great! BTW,I can't see why a screen display would cost them more money to include in all...

It never says Gas Only--just Hybrid or Electric...at least I cannot find it.

I would like to know how the whole thing works--even the idea that a gas motor can start and then immediately be at road speed without being noticed is just , well, pretty good! The constant starting/stopping has to take its toll on parts.... If they are both running at the same time, that is...

Thank you for the details. So there is no Gas Engine only display, just Hybrid and Electric... I like the vehicle no matter what. Lots of asinine questions though.

Seems like they both must run at the same time--even if just when starting up/slowing down. Do they normally run at the same time? Wehn the EV meter says 'Hybrid' I am assuming they both are running? Seems simple to answer but not so, at least for me. Thanks for any help.

Well that may not be totally true. Take the shifter in the Maverick--no one wanted it yet they made it and we made it work. How about the blue trim on the inside...... Now if they squeezed a 327 in it'd be OK!

The best of luck--they are all out for stuffing their wallets and government just supports them all the way. Used to be high at $300 per year and now it is ten times that much.
