Gentlemen,

I’m new here but have been checking this site daily since I placed my Maverick Hybrid XLT w/ Luxury Package back in August.

My Maverick has been in Production since Sept 7th 2021. What’s the hold up? Is it the chip for the hybrid?

has anyone received their hybrid Mavs yet or just AWD??

thanks!

That’s too bad! Was really looking forward to getting it this month as my dealer said could be possible when I placed my order in June. Unfortunate but what can ya do!

My dealer just called me to give me an update regarding delivery. He broke things down into three groups. First group, where Hybrid Mavericks are already scheduled for production, should arrive in 1Q 2022. 2nd group, where Hybrid are ordered but not scheduled, should expect delivery in Spring 2022. Last group, who ordered within the last three weeks, won't get theirs until Summer 2022.

Anyone hear anything similar? I hope he's wrong, but my guy is usually pretty straight with me so I'd be surprised if this was off.

That's kinda what Tim the Ford guy Taylor said too, but a tad different. I think it was that everyone that had an order in but not scheduled should get it by May. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm misquoting.

I ordered mine today and delivery will be anywhere from 6-9 months. Also, they're out of the sprayed in bed liner for some reason, I had to get the drop-in instead.

Unless you really want it, lose the drop-in and get spray done elsewhere. Have not seen/read anything positive about drop-ins.

There is a dealer near Seattle listing 3 hybrid models in their inventory, all XLT's, MSRP + $2500.

I"ll prob keep it and just get the spray in once it's started to look a little tired. I doubt I'll be hauling anything too damaging to the surface, and I'll be getting a bed cover at some point too. I definitely need to research them some more!

I live up on Camano Island WA, Spoke to them the other day they said they are already gone. I'm watching things close and going to be placing an order in days. I just wanna make sure I have all my ducks in a row, I don't wanna get screwed by them jacking things up once the vehicle arrives. If the spray in bed-liner is not available then subtract it out then have the dealer install it as an option should be the same price. The ford dealer in Mt Vernon Wa., told me today the owner said they will not be adding any extra mark ups or dealer fees. They said they will put it in writing that the MSRP is the price.
