Thinking about trying 255/55 R18

Does anyone have experience with this size tire (255/55 R18) on the Maverick? I want a wider tire but I’m worried about rubbing. I’m installing on aftermarket Touren TR79 wheels. 18x8 with 35mm offset. The wheels are 1 inch wider than stock and the offset pushes them out 1/8 inch farther. The suspension is stock 2024 Lariat 4k. I’m thinking I should be ok.

There's only a 3mm (1/8") difference in offset (from stock), so the push-out isn't as much as you think.
