That helps some but I actually think they're ugly. Also would just want them to just flash normally. I'll wait for someone to come out with a blackout set that looks more like the originals and flash amber. I had a set on my Bronco Sport that looked close to the originals. For now I'll leave my LED mod of the originals that cost me five bucks.

See, I like yours. I don't need anything on the side so loud.

I answered on your YouTube video and I'll answer you here also. Try the following. On the driver side attach your yellow to the yellow and green in the brown plug and the red to the brown and blue in the black plug. On the passenger side attach the yellow to the blue and white in the brown plug and the red to the blue and gray in the black plug.
I just installed today. Your guidance was helpful, but I would call your last wire blue and black, not blue and gray. The passenger side wire I would refer to as blue and gray is primarily light gray with a light blue stripe. It is the wire farthest toward the outside of the truck. That is NOT the correct wire. (Or maybe it does work, but it's not the one I used!) Thankfully I did the driver's side first so could figure out which passenger wire to use based on the plug pattern.

Overall this was a bit of a nerve-wracking process because of the small wire gauges and little room for maneuvering those tap clips. But now that it's done, I am pleased with the results!

I have a feeling it might be different depending on what package you have on your truck. Mine's a 24 Lariat and others are describing their wire colors as different than what I used?

Oh, that could be. Mine is a '22.
(edit: Oh yeah, you can see that in my sig. and such!)

Anyelse besides me that had a problem with the suppiled clips ,fasting them to the headlight wire??I had to go to AutoZone for a larger/smaller wire connector

I was concerned the clips wouldn't bite through the insulation of the narrow wires enough, but they did, so I'm going with it! Of course it was harder to get them to bite on the thicker wires, but ultimately it worked.

It's not the way I would've liked to do things, but I don't solder (doubt I would've in this case anyway), and there's not enough wire at the light connectors to be able to do it any other way, as far as I can tell.

Why are the marker side LEDs tapped into the the headlight?

Wouldn't be easier to connect the yellow wire to the turn signal and red wire to the parking light? All the connections would be on the brown connector only.

Any input is appreciated.
EDIT: Answered my own question, it works as I mentioned above. I highly recommend the use of posi-taps as opposed to included connectors.

EDIT 4/19 Thanks to @uga who discovered my idea above doesn't work. He was getting BCM codes and I suspect my hyperflash was caused by connecting the red wire to the brown connector. I apologize to all.

Which size posi-taps did you use?

Thanks for your suggestion. We will do a test.

I tried installing today but had issues. I set up the driver’s side and then turned the ignition and nothing. I double checked the taps and they were all set up properly. Had them connected to the yellow/green and brown/blue. I did not install the passenger side as I didn’t want go further until I could figure it. Also brown/blue wire looked like it was almost cut through so I didn’t want to risk it breaking. Anybody have suggestions on what to do?

I installed them on my truck and the instructions did not match my wire colors. Driver side was fine but passenger did not work. Cant remember the colors of the wires, but I did not follow the instructions for passenger side and they work fine.

Don't worry about wire colors, be aware of wire location!
Check out videos and pay close attention to wire locations in the brown and black connectors, it works!
