I ordered a 2024 Maverick XLT hybrid on July 18, 2023. Every 6 weeks, I get this email from Ford. How do I get an more information than this?

you really don't. it's an order... your truck doesn't exist yet.. there is no information to pass on.

you could find out if your dealer has the appropriate allocations to satisfy the order.

Any further info that's useful until you get scheduled would have to come from your dealer, if they're willing and honest. IE: what's their allocation status, how many Mavericks in front of you given your priority with them. Most dealers will not specifically discuss these things but might talk around them enough to give you an idea what to expect. I realized that my dealer knew I would probably not get the 2023 I ordered when the GM told me not to worry, Ford would rollover any unfilled 2023 orders. This was well before any formal rollover discussions by Ford released to us customers.

If you have your sales code and order code, you can also try calling Ford marketing center and see if they have any additional status info about your order.

I did call the marketing center, thank you! I gave them my order # and dealer's sales code. They couldn't tell me much, only that there was some "activity" on my order in December. But he couldn't tell me what that meant, other than Ford hasn't forgotten about my order. That's better than nothing, I guess.

The dealer has no more insight to when Ford will make your truck as you do, which is to say they have no idea.
