Curious, your sig says you ordered a MY23 in April. I thought the order books for MY23 closed in like 6 days long before then. How were you even able to order a '23 that late?

The window did not close in Canada. I assume we did not hit the max build quota for our country.

Same, orange would have popped. My Avalanche seems to stay noticeably cooler in this Texas heat. My previous car was basically Carbonized Gray.

From what a understand Ford Canada was enforcing the COPD through most if not all of My23 ordering so this might have kept the number orders lower up here by eliminating fake dealer orders being done just to put trucks on the lots.

One small hiccup....dealer had the wrong soft tonneau cover when I asked for hard tri fold...should have by next week. Dealer said they'd do a full detailing again plus fill up my gas tank for the inconvenience.

Gives me a chance to cruise around more anyways!

From what a understand Ford Canada was enforcing the COPD through most if not all of My23 ordering so this might have kept the number orders lower up here by eliminating fake dealer orders being done just to put trucks on the lots.

Here they needed to send a copy of my driver's license to Ford to prove it wasn't a fake order. Maybe it was different a year ago though. I just ordered it last month.

my understanding is Ford USA was only recommending it from most of My23 and forced a clean up and mandatory COPD close the the end of this manufacturing year for ‘23. I assume many of us are waiting because of this.

So nice, I almost went with Carbon gray but decided to try something brighter. I'm starting to regret it now though. LOL Looks so nice.
