I'm not, but they flagged the problem not me. I expect them to fix it as per their rules.

We got the notice in the mail and decided we'd drop by the dealer to get an appointment. That morning it was dead. Needed a jump from a Ford authorized tow co and took it straight to the dealer and there it sits. :-(

I called the dealer we bought it from and they told me that you can’t even get on the list to get the parts for the no start issue until it’s been inspected by a dealership and determined to have the no start issue….so they are just waiting for all our trucks to die before they fix them. It’s so sad because it’s such a great truck.
