Let me know when you get your official order accepted from your guy. All I got was a 3 day window and no official person handling my order since it’s being done by a “team”.
Just got my email from Ford confirming my ‘24 order with the same specs of my ‘23 carry-overed. Now back to the waiting game. Hope you get your email soon if you haven’t already.

Still haven’t heard from my dealer, ordering Maverick and Bronco, he did tell me last night they couldn’t get any of their orders submitted due to system down, but it seems a few did get in.

It's just that so many things don't go well or right with the Ford Ordering process and interaction with the customer, that it makes me wonder how they can maintain their position in the market. This is the first Ford I have ordered or even bought and I expect that I will enjoy this truck once I get it, but my view of Ford as a company, as an organization, well, I just don't have much faith in them.

I hope and wish they can do better in the future.
Ain't that the truth... Dealers are annoying to some extent regardless of brand, but the chicken-with-head-cut-off methods of the company writ large when it comes to ordering, building, and just communicating with customers leaves a hell of lot to be desired. Add to that major recalls on a (theoretically) well-established hybrid platform in use since 2020, general bugginess of infotainment, and a decidedly subpar 3yr/36K warranty. It's pretty obvious that as soon as Honda/Toyota/Subaru decide they want to compete in earnest with the Maverick they'll do it better, even if it costs more.

Which is all a long way of saying that I just told my dealer I'm not bothering with a MY24 order. If Ford builds the '23 Hybrid I ordered, great. If not, I've got my eye on a the Kia Niro (among others).

Just came back from my friendly neighbourhood Ford dealer. Same one I ordered my 2023 Maverick 10 months ago with zero contact in those 10 months. Even Though I completely explained that it was a conversion or rollover from 2023 they began taking my 2024 order as if it was a whole new thing. Confused he goes around the corner to talk to his manager and comes back and halfway understands it now. I had to explain that it had to be the same order number. Then had to explain that the 400 watt inverter or the sliding rear window were no longer available. Walked away with nothing no proof that I was there or that I did anything if these guys don't do this properly this order gets canceled. What is the purpose of these dealers? They only get in the way and obstruct things. Let me order online and have it delivered to my driveway. Really don't have a good feeling about this. So glad I did this at two different dealers but they're both the same way. If I get this truck it will be in spite of these guys not because of them.
Not in Canada its not. It still shows 2023 everywhere
I had heard it was supposed to be 9:00am EST today, 7/17. Looks like it's up already, 12:45am.

I have abandond all hope of getting a Maverick, but I priced it out for what I would have got last year had my order went though was $27,XXX. This year $33K. Will be checking out the Tacoma, less likely the Ranger now.... kind of disappointed in it.... or possibly going with another small crossover since everything is so high right now

Lariat Hybrid pricing is fixed today! The order guide was correct.

I see black appearance package. it's much more expensive now because it requires XLT lux.

if you want a maverick hybrid for less than $33k, get regular XLT and no BAP. the world won't end and you won't have to settle for a CUV/SUV.

still? order banks for MY24 opened yesterday at 4:30 ET, roughly. they closed a long, long time ago for MY23, and I don't know how long MY24 will be open but I'd strongly suggest getting in touch with one or two dealers asap.

Yeah, just rebuilt my loaded 23 Lariat Eco and, unless I'm missing something, the 24 is actually $200 cheaper. 🤷‍♂️
Yeah - this seems true for me also, but to the tune of $500. Huh...

My MY23 XLT with FX4, no other options, and $495 HPR paint: $29,965

MY24 in same configuration: $32,170. Ooof.

Saw that FX4 now requires 4K tow which I don’t need because I don’t tow anything. That adds the $800 FX4 + $745 4K tow together.

Combine the rising interest rate, high sales tax in my area, I probably wouldn’t have consider buying a MY24 if I were still in the market. Glad I got mine last month.

So, either I'm doing my math wrong, or are the margins on a maxed out (ecoboost) Lariat big enough that the price didn't change much...or actually in my favor?

2023 Lariat + Spare/4k/Lux/360/360Assist = 37020
2024 Lariat includes all that by default, and adds the bedliner (~$500 for 2023) and remote start ($??) - $37195

So an increase of $175, but with more than $500 of additional features, so it's actually cheaper than the 2023 build....

It's possible because you had the accessories that are now included. Earlier in the thread I said my Lariat lux increased by $440 but that's a 22 vs 24 comparison and actually think I forgot about the remote start. Whoops.
