It's finally here, and great dealer experience

Ordered my hybrid lariat September 16 from Twin State Ford in Vermont. Played the waiting game for months. Finally had the build scheduled for early May - the 8th. It shipped May 15th. Thankfully I was not impacted by the latest recall, at least not yet. Emailed the dealer yesterday to ask about the recall and if I was impacted, and their reply was "your truck is here. When can you get it?"

Based on the shipping info I had, and being in Vermont, I thought I had another week or more before it showed up. The dealer is an hour and forty minutes away. Got there at 9:30 and was done by 11. Had to process my trade in and complete there paperwork. This dealership experience was hands down, the best experience I've ever had. No games, no pressure, no dealer addon products, they even honored X-plan pricing and would have let me use my own financing.

Now the fun begins. Took the scenic route home and averaged 45.8 mpgs over the ninety mile drive. Need to get a bed liner and tonneau cover in the coming weeks.

I'll do a better write up of the truck once I've put some miles on it. First impressions we're great. It handles well, feels composed on the road, and even in Eco mode it accelerated as needed to the hills.

Sweet Ride! Enjoy! When I picked up my truck last Wednesday, There was a Maverick that same color sitting by mine. The photos just do not do it justice. In person that paint color is AWESOME!

Congratulations, but I always wonder "WHY DID YOU ORDER SUCH A DULL COLOR? LOL. Beautiful truck and know you will enjoy it for years to come. We have an Alto Blue Lariat hybrid loaded and my wife's Lariat hybrid is set for production in two weeks.

The mustang mach e comes in that color but most are way too expensive. Too bad ford stopped sedan production, most people don't want a $60,000 car.

Photos don't do this color justice. It really pops in the sunlight. I went back and forth between this and the chili pepper red

Great truck and I too had a good experience with a local Ford Dealer here in the Austin, Texas area. We need to publicize the better experiences with dealers to offset all the negative posts.

My New 2023 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid was delivered yesterday; it is truly an impressive small truck (see pics) Lux and BAP package on Carbonized Gray is a great contrast color combination. Has Ford rollup hard Tonneau cover, Copilot 360 and Assist, Splashguards, Moonroof, SIBL with rubber bed Mat. Definitely worth the wait, but I hopefully never go through that order and waiting process again.

The dealer experience was very good, Riata Ford in Manor Texas (Austin suburb). I went through a couple sales consultants, but Joshua Esparza, Amanda VanZandt and the Finance Manager; Tony Nguyen went above and beyond to ensure a smooth delivery. No pressure, no Market adjustments and no dealer add-ons or unjustified fees. MSRP with Ford Private Offer for 22MY transition order was applied. I would definitely purchase another Ford from Riata Ford in Manor, Texas.
