What are they, how and why do you get them? Mine's like 19, so I assume I'm not getting a truck this year, no matter which truck or options I ordered.

Ask your dealer to change it to 10, mine did and I was scheduled the next week.
may have just been a coincidence, but it can’t hurt.

Good Luck

Priority numbers are only meaningful with respect to orders from the same dealership.

If every order at your dealer has the same priority code (even if it's 19), then no one is "prioritized" above anyone else. In this case Ford decides which order to build and probably bases it on profitability of the build, required components and other factors.

You can find lots of good threads on MTC about this by using the search box or checking the "similar threads" section at the bottom of this page. Also look up the "Long McArthur" channel on Youtube. Tim has covered this in several videos.

Plenty of people with priority code 19 have been scheduled just fine.

Perhaps the only thing you need to be concerned about is whether your dealer has assigned lower priority codes to other orders they have.

Meaningless except at dealer level. The lower the number, the better chance you have, so like others said, get dealer to change it to a 10. Here is example that I think is right, but stand to be corrected. Let's say dealer has 4 orders that are all XLT hybrids for example and they are ordered all alike. Two are Priority 10 and two are Priority 19. Now let's say Ford is going to build two of his allocations for that month. The two with 10's will get built before the two with 19's.

I asked my dealer about moving it up and his reply was that is the standard priority code for customer orders. Told me he can't change it. Also have a 19.

I'd dump that dealer in the future. I just called mine and he moved me to a 10.
Good luck to you.

Thanks, friend. I called my dealer and he moved me to a 10. I have no constraints, so I'm feeling really positive.
