Any further tracking info? I'm not having any luck.

Last I called (late last week) it was pushed to get to buffalo May 16th @ 10pm.

Just got an email from my dealer though saying estimated to them is 18-24. So I am still slightly skeptical of the timeline.

Thanks for the info. Which rai line are you calling? I cannot get any sensible tracing info from NS and I can't even get recognized by UP. When keep hoping we're in the home stretch but one step forward, two steps back. Welcome to rail America.

NS seems to only be "passing through" where as UP is a little more detailed. (E.g. telling me an estimated delivery date)

UP: 1-800-877-5123

NS is nice though because I can type all the information whereas UP makes you speak it. For speaking to UP I actually have to say it a lot quicker than I would expect an automated system to handle. Also it is expecting the entire letters/numbers identifier. Mine is TTGX978068.

Agreed. It's also really hard to not call every 2 hours.

I find that the UP automated system is really bad at understanding me.

But I still try lol called again just now, estimated to be delivered to Buffalo on May 15th @ 2pm which afaik is as far as the train will take it.

How close are you to the delivery estimate that Ford's Vehicle Order Tracker originally gave you when it was marked as shipped?

Mine was just shipped yesterday with an estimate of 6/13-6/26. I am in Cleveland so I'm figuring my timeline should look relatively similar to yours in Rochester.

So if your car was interchanged from NS to UP, UP should have current tracking info and updates from NS would have ceased being updated when the interchange occured. Or vice versa depending on who is currently in possession of the rail car.

I found this on IHB Rr Co looks like it's mainly a switching hub unless it's very close to your destination.
The line comprises 320 miles (510 km) of track—30 miles (48 km) of single mainline track, 24 miles (39 km) of double-main track and 266 miles (428 km) of additional yard and side track—starting northwest of Chicago in Franklin Park, Illinois at Canadian Pacific's Elgin Subdivision, traveling southeast around the city to its headquarters in Hammond, Indiana.[2]
