We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Today, we wanted to give you an update on the status of your Maverick XL order. Unfortunately, continued supply chain issues are slowing things down. We’re working diligently to try and reduce these delays.​

Well I received my first well get back to you in 45 days email yesterday, how many more do you think that I'll receive?
Ordered 9/19/2022, MY23, XL, Area 51. 2.0L EB, Co-Pilot 360. I hoping for June 2023.

For my November 15th 2021 order (my 22 Hybrid XL converted to My23 in mid sept.), I received 2 emails in 11 months then I got an email on 10/21 giving me a Vin and build week two weeks ago. 3 emails in roughly one year.

On my second hybrid order (my23) in mid September, I received my first "We understand..." email on 10/28, again on 10/29, again on 11/4 and again this morning. 4 in the last two weeks.

I am beginning to wonder if the second order has been double entered by the dealer. While I think 45 days is too long between updates, I do think twice a week is too much.

FYI, I received my 2nd 45 day letter and with the XL constraints & FORD now allowing 2022 & 2023 hybrids to convert 2.0L EB , I'll probably not received a MY23 now in 23.

Maybe time to start researching the STOUT.
