You will need to get the rail car number from your dealer. I didn't have any luck getting it from Customer service, but you may get lucky when you call.

Shipped 9/14. Called dealer 9/15; they had no info yet. Went to ford chat and got the rail car number.
Started tracking after that!

Wow, you were lucky. i called and the agent said he didn't have that info. I guess he was just lazy. I went to my dealer and got it. My dealer has been good about giving me copies of the VVR.
