Autobox TNVTEC failure and how do you reset?

Any one have one fail and how do you reset
My tntvec quit wont play

I had mine hang on the "carplay" black and white screen.

I went into the bluetooth on my phone, selected the smartbox and toggled the "carplay" switch off, then back on. It worked for my situation.

Thanks I ended up resetting radio

I just unplug mine for a minute and plug it back in

I did that did not work I had to reset radio
