Production email suddenly missing.

My order was confirmed on 6/28 then scheduled for production on 1/14. I used the tracker provided in the production email daily due to excitement. Original delivery was 2/15 then along with a lot of others got the 90 day delay and was pushed back to 5/22. Then yesterday my production email is missing from my inbox and the ford tracker says my Vin is not valid. Window sticker still works. I never empty the trash in my emails and checked there to see if I deleted it on accident but it's not in my trash either..any insights?

I have received a scheduled to start production 1/31 email back on Dec. 2. Since then I was rescheduled forward and backwards about 3 times, and received an email with each one that contained a link to Track my build. The other day those stopped working (page not found) but the original continued to work, just nothing new to report. After reading this I checked it and it says
"In Production", and I now can access the Window Sticker. Progress, even if it is going to sit and wait for the chips, (unknown) it is moving the right direction.

Give it a day and try again.

I've been looking for my order confirmation for 2 days now and can't find it. I was late ordering (October) because I had to wait 6 months for Virginia Employment Commission to process my claim. When I got my $10,000 direct deposit I placed the order since I had my downpayment. I got the order confirmation on 11/3. Now I can't find it anywhere in email land. I ordered a hybrid XLT with 360.

The sad part is he would probably do a better job of investigating than our normal news sources.

Does the email account you use delete emails after 90 days?

No. All my emails before and after it are still there.

A day after I ordered my Maverick, I got a confirmation e-mail from Ford. I forwarded it to a friend when telling him of my order. A few days later, I went to look at that confirmation e-mail from Ford and it was nowhere to be found... no longer in my IN box or in my DELETED ITEMS box.

I had to bring up the message I sent to my friend and copy the Ford e-mail. I use a MacBook and its Mail program.

I experienced the same problem with ford tracking these days. The vin is shown to be invalid and I bet this is not just a problem on our side.

Use search function to find. Star/flag it. Print to pdf. Print on paper. Put it in your safe. Swallow key. You'll never lose it again.

Haven't lost an email but the latest one (in production) links to a bad site. The "build date" email I still have links just fine to the tracker which also still shows "in production".
If both of these fail, at least I can see my build and window sticker on dealer's site now.

I put all my Ford emails in a Maverick folder I created in my email. Yup still there all 2 of them. Confirmation and Fits email.

I don't want to point fingers or anything, but recalling emails once sent is generally only possible on internal email systems, and only if they haven't been opened yet. Its possible for online mail services like gmail to 'lose' your messages, but its fantastically rare.

Its unfortunately more common that you accidentally deleted the message, are searching for the wrong thing, or somehow flagged Ford's emails as spam and that got them retroactively sent to the spam folder (Again very unlikely).
