Update: was told it is on a microchip hold. Even though it arrived here in Georgia last week. Dealership said that it has either been moved to a holding yard or back to the factory. They have no information at this time. Christ.

Yes. Every email that ford sends with a delay notice should have some sort of reason. I.E. chip shortage. Or shipping delays due to carrier issues. Anything. But instead we get nothing.

Never Never said a part couldn't hold up my truck. And Ford has NEVER said what any of the hold ups are. THAT is the point. I can deal with delays but it is the LACK of communication. And yes. If it the spray in beeline issue since ford send out an email stating the date has been pushed back...

Well when I ordered and put down a deposit last June we were all led to believe it would be the Fall before we got our vehicles. It is now spring. Our information on what's happening doesn't come from Ford but from Third parties. Ford has our emails so why not send an email blast out explaining...

I could deal with that. I know how things go but with Ford being the established company that they are one would think they would have better communication skills with their customers.

Just got the same email. I am in GEORGIA and was contacted by my dealer just a couple of days ago to tell me it has arrived by railcar and will be moved to a carrier truck for transport to dealership....now this bs.

Ordered xlt hybrid June 2021. Original delivery date 2/10/2022. Pushed back to 05/20/2022. Then was moved back to 3/10/2022. Was contacted by dealer on 3/4/2022 and was told it was being off loaded from rail car in Georgia and be moved to trailer for final leg to dealership. Then tonight...

Update. I received my built email from Ford on Sat the 12th. My delivery date has been moved from 5/22 to 3/10 🥰

Ordered on 6/28 xlt hybrid. Production week of 1/14 original delivery date of 2/15...then got pushed back till 5/22....THEN today I got an email from Ford saying it's built and my delivery date is now 3/10 GOD BLESS AMERICA!
