All dealers received a couple Ecoboost at the beginning of production. It's typical that some of the first units are stock units.

I'm pretty sure I got the first stock order through the dealership I purchased from. That order was placed on 7/25, was there a specific date that dealer's had to get stock orders in by?

August 15th I believe, but if they didn't Ford would put it in the system for them.

My dealer ordered 14 for customers and only 2 have come in. Never had any stock

I think the stock orders were based on how many orders they had in their system by July 15th, we had 165.

Well you confirmed I picked the wrong dealer. Now I know for sure my EB from Granger will come in before my Hybrid I ordered in June
