Delay between In Production and Built…

My Maverick Lariat Hybrid w/Luxury Package was ordered on 7/6. The production date was scheduled 3 times with the week of 12/13 finally being the charm. The Ford Tracking system was updated to show an In Production date of 12/16 and an estimated delivery date of 1/24. On 12/17 my Modules were populated, which according to the information on this site, means the truck has been built. The tracking system has not updated as of today (12/23) to show that it has been built. I’m guessing that the spray-in bed liner might be the reason this hasn’t happened since that process has to happen after the truck has been built and before shipment. Anyone else noted a significant delay after your Modules have been populated between In Production and Built where a spray-in bed liner is part of the build?

Mine has been in production since 12/7. No modules loaded yet. I was told it was a chip hold by Ford but this has been over three weeks with no movement. Only thing that changed was my window sticker date on bottom to 12/22. Still an eta of 1/12
Can’t get any answers.

My 2.0, XLT lux seems to have made it. In production 12/16, built 12/17, shipped 12/18. Window sticker still says SIBL.

mine has been in production since the week of 12/6. Then updated tracker date changed to in production on 12/17…..still not listed as built yet.

I have all the packages on the truck, plus the full size spare in Alto.

Same truck as me. Makes no sense. Alto Blue XLT awd Lux with co pilot 360 full size spare manual rear window and soft tonnaeu cover

Yeah I don’t have the rear window and soft tonneau cover is all.

Only guess I have is maybe the tonneau cover since that’s done off site I believe. But wouldn’t explain why I don’t have any modules and why my delivery date has kept the same of 1/12??

My delivery is 1/04-10, unable to get info for tracking rail so I have no idea where the truck is located, it could be still in Mexico. Fords email said shipped 12/18 is all I know.

Interesting… we are in the same frame. We both dodged the chip delay, but for some reason mine is taking longer.

I have the exact same build as you (Lariat Hybrid Lux in Alto Blue) with the EXACT same story - 3 delays, build of 12-13 but actually started 12-9, modules turned on around 12-15, delivery populated for 1-11 and it just sits. Called to see if they can tell me anything on the phone and no info that they can or will tell me other than "just wait, it's close."
