'26 Fwd XLT Hybrid

Purchased a 2026 fwd xlt hybrid almost 3 weeks ago. So far, I enjoy it, first Ford ever at that. Great gas mileage for a small pickup due to me driving almost 600 miles one way to work (Texas is huge). Done a couple things to it so far, mostly interior. Great little truck.

That's a commute I REALLY don't envy. Wouldn't that be like a 10 hour drive? I once worked down in the Los Angeles area installing PCs. Down on a Sunday evening, stay the week and back home on Friday night...and I mean NIGHT. I wasn't even the one driving and still really didn't like it.

I used to live out in the Marshall/Longview area on the east side of Texas. It's crazy how on a map everything looks so close, but you put it into a GPS and next thing you know it's a four-hour drive to Huston!

It's 8-9 hour drive depending on stops.
