What's the Worst Father's Day Gift You've Ever Received?

Father's Day is coming up, and it got us wondering...

What's the least favorite Father's Day gift you've ever received?

Maybe it was another tie , another coffee mug , socks , or something that left you wondering, "What am I supposed to do with this?"

Bonus points if it was truck or vehicle related. Was it a universal accessory that fit absolutely nothing, a gimmick that never worked, or a gift that was meant for a completely different vehicle?

Don't remember a Father's day gift I didn't appreciate, but I forget actually if it was a birthday or Christmas, I got a very "civilian" toolkit one time, like first apartment toolkit or something. It was like a tack hammer, weak staple gun, kiddie craft glue gun, battery changer screwdrivers, maybe 7 tools but sounded impressive on the label, like "200 piece" or something, due to throwing in some glue sticks, spare staples, trim nails, picture hanger etc. So that one was a little disappointing, could tell what they were thinking though. Eventually I did use a piece or two, like in "Apply blunt force trauma delicately" sitch with the hammer etc, but it was mostly weakass versions of stuff I had. Would have been super sweet and generous from a 7 year old, but was from one that was grown up and must have seen me fix stuff, even their stuff, with the "grown up" version of said items. So that was the most WTF and smile anyway thing I ever had.

Haha that is a good one. I also have received something very similar and threw it in the trunk of my car only to find out it became useful more than a handful of times when I had nothing else with me.

I've definitely bought one of those as a gag gift, and it turned out to be a hit. Literally!

Good grief! I guess there's some truth to "one man's garbage is another man's treasure". LOL. I have no idea what happened to it. Probably got destroyed in our house fire back in 2021, but I was in an ACE hardware store yesterday and lo and behold they were being proudly displayed. No sign of the urinal. Good hunting!
