No slide window?! Why?
Base model = no slide window.

I bought the base lobo instead of the high lobo to save the $5500 upcharge. Well, not really save because I’ll end up spending it on mods etc. But mods more appropriate for my climate & driving.

I always thought the Lobo was a higher trim than the Tremor, I guess not

I did not want all the extra weight, parts, junk and Co$t associated to the 'Hi' model.

Mostly against adding a hole in the roof for sunroof. and then baking my head with sun, and needing to add more tint to yet another window.

I didn't need the extra stuff associated with the trailer hook up either.

But would have liked additional cameras (mostly the front one to spot objects off pavement, and curbs) and '3d' top down cam view.

Since its an Auto trans-only, I did actually want to add-on radar for Adaptive cruise control.

The speaker/audio upgrade would have been fine. (but its just more weight and stuff too..)

That, and, this 'Lo' option was available, on the lot, ready to buy, so it fit my timing needs.

Even the Lo version was too expensive for what it is IMO..I wouldn't/couldn't really justify another upcharge for the Hi model.

I heard 'ya, yeah I got the Lariat Tremor 'cause it was available on the lot ready to buy, the HPR color comes with it, I'd like the black one better

Rompin around in the Rain on the Mountain.

It started raining while out on my drive, instead of running home, I drove into it and up the mountain. Good test of the AWD performance.
No traction issue under accel or in corners, even when looking for it through a corner, with heavy Throttle on exit.
Grip is good under acceleration.
But, under [Hard] braking (in the wet) the Tires have a very hard time managing.

I found an empty parking lot and did some "autocross" driving.
It really is annoying dealing with a 'Manual' mode that insists on upshifting out of 1st Gear.
I was doing some very tight corner maneuvers (like full lock to full lock), and when it stayed in 1st It would rip around really well.
But it always tries to auto-shift to 2nd near or at redline. And when it does go into 2nd, it does not want to downshift to first with the paddle, unless basically stopped, or <5mph? To get back into first gear from 2nd is annoyingly difficult.
Just let me use 1st, and hit the rev limiter..and stop shifting in Manual mode.
Ideally, i'd leave it in 1st gear, near redline/limit, lift off throttle, and spin the wheel and mash it in 1st gear again, rinse repeat. But even in Lobo mode + Manual mode, it would keep upshifting to 2nd, and then get 'stuck in 2nd' unless basically stopped. Ugh...

This needs a Manual trans...and it'd be the most enjoyable vehicle I've ever owned...
Its so close...but the experience is ruined by a transmission.

The bumper looks misaligned
I doubt we’ll ever know the reason why the assembly line folks installed the wrong radiator/fan on 800 or so Lobos - but I’m curious if the radiator/fan is installed onto the unibody before the body/fender panels.

I took pics of my front end & will compare them after my swap. I expect my dealer to takes pics in my presence also before the job.
