I want add heated seats, but I want to attach the element to an aftermarket seat cover.
Would like to know if anyone has done this?
How did you attach the element to the seat cover? (not the original seat)
What "tape" did you use?
Does this keep the element from moving around between the seat cover and OEM seat?

I appreciate your help!

Electric #Fire?
My best advice, get an OEM Ford heated seats from a junk yard, do some software update via ForScan...
I think it's the easy and safer way

they sell heated seat covers.. plug into the 12v. probably the easiest and cheapest way to go.
Agree - picked up one for about $15. Has temperature control and elastic bands to hold the cover in place. Put it on the passenger seat for my wife in the winter and take it off in the Spring.
