How is this finish going to hold up over time? My experience with soft-to-the-touch and velvety finishes on plastic tends to get sticky over time, especially with excessive heat.

Is this finish sprayed on or glued?

Is this finish sprayed on or glued?

It used glue to spray on the surface and then pasted the flocking onto it.

I clicked on the link the OP provided and it automatically applied discounts at checkout, oh and there was a box about coupon I checked but I’ve had that option on different things I ordered at Amazon, try that. Upper & Lower was $17.81 total including tax, free shipping.

I always worry about the flocking slowly coming off, getting on everything, my clothes... the cab... my hands. I prefer the regular plastic, with no worries.

Got my upper tray today. flocking looks well attached. plan on cleaning with kitchen sink sprayer as needed.
I like it.

We also have plastic storage boxes. Currently in transit by sea and expected to arrive at Amazon warehouse in early September.Like this.
