XLT Hybrid ordered October 13/22

Ordered from a dealer couple hours drive from me to get a better deal. MSRP plus $1000 accessory credit. Called today to see if they knew anything and if they had allocation. Didn’t find out anything.

I contacted a dealer in Calgary advertising an xlt hybrid with lux. Said they sold it Saturday. Price was about same as my23 order with no lux only hitch added.

He claims he can place my23 order and has allocation waiting.

Seems like chance of getting my hybrid is so low.

no deposit on first order maybe should order two.

I supect you will get it, I think orders for the Hybrid in Canada are less than in the US, due to the lack of AWD.

You did all right. I ordered in Dec 2021 and it is now flipped to a MY2023. XLT, lux, sunroof, black appearance pkg, remote start.

Checked with Ford Canada today by chat. Ford customer service rep advised truck is currently in production with eta of 11/14/2022.

Sounds good to me only one week after ordering.

Did you order an Ecoboost for 2023?? So you got scheduling date and VIN for Nov 14th? YOu might be the first one to get scheduled for 2023.

No it’s hybrid… but I contacted dealer after, and they have no updated info… so I called Ford customer service and asked again. They gave different info. Truck is at “processing” stage, no end date. That’s what you’d expect (it was only ordered a week ago).

I liked the first guys story better lol.

They likely made a typo entering your info the first time. 23 production hasn't even started yet, so that would be insane.
