Ordered Cactus Green XL Hybrid Aug 11, 2021 from Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville Alabama. Only options ordered were trailer hitch, SIB, and full-size spare. Elijah May was my salesman. Elijah assured us at the time that there would be no dealer markup. Truck was built on Feb 19th 2022, Delivered on March 24, 2022. The quoted price of truck with options was $22,200. Only mark up by dealer was $399 for DOC fees which I normally resist but considering how other dealers are gouging the customer, I decided this was a fair deal. The DOC fees were off-set my the military discount of $500. Bottom line our out the door price including tax and title was $22736.97.
This week put first tank of gasoline. Computer said we were getting 44.5 MPG. Looks like we will have about 600 mile range on tank of gas. Bought the truck for my wife. She is very pleased with the truck so far. We have had no issues. Fit and trim are very good. Add ons I have done. Full rubber floor mats ordered from Ford accessories when they were on sale back in January, two extra tie downs at rear of bed, two tie downs in front of bed and eyelet tie downs on side of bed. All these items were ordered from Amazon.
Elijah May has given us one courteous call to see how the vehicle is performing and encouraged us to bring truck by for a more thorough orientation than we received day of pick up (we were in a rush.) Can't commend Woody Anderson Ford and Elijah May enough on how we were treated.
