Yes, both can be used. You will need to confirm with your dealer if they will do X plan pricing as it isn't mandatory. The first responder discount is paid for by Ford and as long as you have a certificate number your good to go. Get certified for the discount here https://www.fordsalutesthosewhoserve.com/Home/Login

Assuming you’re ordering the truck. I strongly encourage getting a buyers order with an out the door price signed by the dealer. I don’t think you will find a dealer with a stock unit willing to do x plan.

Are you saying you combined x-plan discount, first responder discount and veteran's discount? I did not think most manufacturer's allowed the combination of the vet and first responder discounts?
