Me too, one on each side is not enough. I found some options on ebay a while back but never went for it. Might be worth a look.
I just googled the part number and you can order from ford. two cleats for $87.00. there is also an aftermarket cleat that is supposed to work on amazon sold in groups of four for half the price.
