So looking through the different options sets the only question I would have is on the luxury package they offer key fob with remote start that would be the only part of that 1 that I would really like can I get the key fob with remote start any other way except doing it outside of this build

granted heated seats and the rest would be nice but for the price I really don't need them but in the Winter here I would definitely like to have the remote start because my F150 takes a bit to get warmed up even though this one is smaller lol. I know I can go to any auto place an just have one installed I guess I was checking to see if I didn't miss something on the build where I could also add it

You get free remote start using your phone and Ford Pass Connect (included on all models, standard). Research that and you will see that unless you are in an AT&T dead zone you should be able to remote start your Maverick.

awesome! I had heard something about Ford pass but I didn't see anything when I was doing my build but I may have missed it, thanks!

Isn’t the remote start on the app reliant upon having the truck “connected” to cellular service? I know you can have the truck connected to home WiFi for updates and such…I don’t know if remote Start would work with WiFi.

Every Maverick has built in wifi. It connects to AT&T. Ford Pass Connect accesses it free. Ford Pass Connect allows remote start from anywhere. There is a charge from AT&T if you want to connect any devices such as phones or tablets.

Cool! I didn’t know how that worked. Thanks for clarifying.
