Wireless Keypad Unprogrammed By Adding Key Fob?

Yesterday I took my truck to the dealer and paid $148 to have a wireless keypad programmed. Tested and confirmed it worked. Had them cut a new key for a key fob for me while I was there but figured I'd save money and program it myself when I got home. Programmed my new fob and confirmed all 3 keys now work. This morning I went to use the wireless keypad to unlock my truck and it's no longer working.

Did I just lose the wireless keypad by adding a new key fob?
