looks like the priority on production is 15% xl 59% xlt if im reading right. thinking about changing to xl now that cruise is included. add the copilot 360 for $600 and now get power mirrors and full size spare my other wants with a pretty good savings. i can always buy rims and save the steelys for some snow tires.

any thoughts

That's the tough thing. I didn't really want to mess with adding cruise control myself, don't super care for the orange accents, and don't really care/love the wheels that come on the XLT.

Now that the XL has cruise, it's a no brainer for me. XL + CP360 + Trailer Hitch.

If there was a guarantee that the XLT would get built quicker - I might be tempted to upgrade, but I'd prefer to order what i want and let things fall how the fall. If the Maverick I want isn't being built by the summer, I'll probably just buy something else at point.

The data here shows that the XL made up about 13% of orders. If we assume that people here are reflective of overall Maverick orders then 15% of production should cover XL orders. I say order what you want, it is going to be a long wait no matter what. Might as well end up with what you want to be driving at the end of it.

Keep in mind, there is NO fullsize spare, perhaps this will change for 2023. I sold most of my steel wheels this way after realizing there is NO true fullsize spare:

Also don't forget a MAIN point, the XL last year didn't have Cruise Control

Alot of people ordered XLTs to just get CC. That is one of the main reasoning that the XLT numbers were so high. Go back to June/July of 2021 and people were saying they would get the XL if it had CC

I predict we will see a higher number of XLs then last year
