What’s a good touch up paint? Scratched my Alto Blue

Was it contact with another car paint? Doesnt look like deep scratches.

Try using Mothers 05100 Mag & Aluminum Polish, 5 oz. Macguires has a similar product. Used this on my daughter's car with the exact damage. Try a small amount first. Cleaned right up. Also worked on rear bumper. Also agree polishing it out yourself or a pro.
