Thanks. I live 2 miles from NY dealer. I have stopped by in person twice since July. They are always pleasant but don't seem to know any more than I do about the order, other than it definitely has been placed. They helped me confirm that on my last visit. Now I wait. Like everyone else. Communication FORD does not know what that word means or has ever heard of it. I'm not sure what is Ford's worse downfall. (1). Not caring at all for the customer. (2). Not knowing what the word communication means? (3) Or changing horses in midstream not knowing when they have a great thing and changing it. 😕. This will be the last FORD I ever buy not because of the vehicle itself but the crap 💩💩💩that Ford puts you through to buy the vehicle. Just my opinion but my money 💲💲is good anywhere. Looking forward to 2025 when the Toyota Stout comes out . 👻😱👍 Another childish and uniformed rant. Not helpful. Kinda sad.
