Unfortunately, I broke one of the end caps when I was adding a second cleat to my factory cargo management system. I tried to order the ones on eBay that someone is making with their 3-D printer but they do not work. I also tried looking up the part number to purchase one but no luck there either. I know some members have removed the covers as they collect debris and mud when off roading but I don't do those thing so it isn't a concern to me. Please PM me if you are looking to make a little money off the end caps you may not be using. Thank you.

I’ve had luck making adjustments to 3d printed items with a Dremel, file, and sandpaper. Not sure where you are in Ohio but I’d be willing to try to make them fit if you want to drop them off or send them to me. I have the rails in my truck to test them with

Don, thank you for the offer. I am about 1 hour north of Columbus. Let me get back to you on this as the 2 caps I ordered off of Ebay I actually broke trying to get them to work. I did not think to dremel them but the tab portions that snap into the circular openings of the rails were not long enough to even make it to the openings. I was actually hoping someone might have an idea on where to get an actual Ford one. My sister lives in Nelsonville and I may be down that way in the next month or so.

Nelsonville is right over the hill, I’m over near the school, just give me a yell and we’ll do some Appalachian engineering on them. Also if they broke, I’ve had success with welding plastic and/or using liquid super glue and baking soda for super strong bond
