Waiting time for delivery

Ordered my 2025 Hybrid XLT March 20, 2025, scheduled for production May 26, built May 30, shipped June 2, arrived New Mexico June 4. The dates for delivery to the dealership, June 26 - July 4, then a week later the moved out, then back to original, then a week later date of July5 - 12, then back to second June date, then July 12 - 21, then July 26 -Aug 1, then July 15 - July 21, until today back July 26 - Aug 1.

Today another call, to dealership and supposedly it just started moving East. Has anyone else had this issue with orders from March and April?

The average time from shipment to delivery seems to be around 28 days, so early July would have been a good estimate. Suggest asking your dealer not so much for a date, but where it's at. They have access to the delivery system and can at least tell what railway station it's going to or waiting at.

You might be seeing a delay on a carrier to be loaded for the road. My dealer told me that he wouldn't have any further insight once it's loaded until the carrier rolls into his parking lot.

Yes I asked where it was and in N.M., three weeks ago and today

Ordered a 2025 XTL FWD Hybrid on 04/29/2025 in STL.
Vehicle showed built on 06/19/25, Shipped via rail 06/21/25, arrived in KCMO on 07/02/2025.
Took another 10 days to get 230 miles farther to St. Louis.
Arrived at dealer on 07/12/2025.
Took delivery from the dealer on 07/14/2025.

Ordered xlt hybrid awd . Shipped on 6/19. Eta was week of 07/14. revised to approx 08/11. revised again to 09/07.
