A couple weeks ago the mobile unit came out and did a bunch of recall upgrades to my 22 hybrid. I just noticed today that my ring car cam has been off-line since the day they came out. It acts like there’s no power to it. Could it be possible that they blew a fuse and if so, where would I look? I called Ring and found out that they quit making them and they only thing they said that they could do is if I sent it back they would send me a refund.

It has been stated in here that any aftermarket additions that are linked to the Maverick's on-board computer will automatically be zeroed out after the dealer does computer recalls. This may be the case for you.
Or, perhaps they had to disconnect your ring set up and forgot to connect it back. I would act like you are doing an entirely new install of your ring system and I think you will fix the situation. Let me know what happens.

I did try to do a new install, but when I plugged it into the plug that’s underneath the dash there’s no power to the ring camera. I don’t know if maybe they blew a fuse?

Quick way to check that is to wire it up to another live connection. Then you will definitely know it is a fuse. But, I have a hard time seeing how they could blow a fuse doing software upgrades.

" plugged it into the plug that’s underneath the dash"

Could you take a picture of this? Maybe I can help remotely.

It’s plugged into the OBD2 port. But, no power to the camera. Unplugged cord at both ends. Wait and reconnected. Still no power

My feeling is that you are correct. Using the OBD2 port to power the camera may longer be effective. Probably someone else in here can give you some insight on how to move forward. You may want to take Ring up on their offer for a refund and get a different one.
